There was speculation that recent flooding had a good chance of flooding out the Kurganmashzavod factory, where Russian IFVs and other vehicles are produced.

I haven't heard anything further, so I presume the factory is OK?

If they produce amphibious vehicles they should be okay… ;-)

Hmmm … like the allies in WWII taking out some dams in Nazi Germany. Causing much damage, etc.

That being said, even with more AFVs the Russians have proven to be very poor at fighting modern combined arms warfare. If recent history tells us anything the marginally capable Russian Forces, they will continue to take high losses. No matter how many more AFVs or even soldiers they field.

Some think the Russians have saved some of their new armor to make another drive into Kharkiv and Sumy this spring.

It appears that Russian forces are entering the strategic Donbas city of Chasov Yar. The forces are reported to be entering from three directions.

Regardless the US, NATO and anyone else better get their %#$(^! together. They should not let that Spring Offensive be successful. Just give the Ukraine what they need ASAP.
